  • Where are you located?
    We come to you at your home, office or wherever your car is parked! The valet is performed without any disturbance to you.
  • How long does it take to valet a vehicle?
    Times will vary on the service chosen, but as a guide please allow 1-2hrs for a Full Valet on a moderately dirty car.
  • What do I need to do prior to my appointment?
    We ask that you remove all personal items from the inside of the vehicle, including the glove box, center console, and boot if we are completing an Interior, Mini or Full valet. We are not responsible for any item left in the vehicle, so for insurance reasons, please remove any item that you deem valuable and would not like thrown away. Also, be sure to note any key trouble spots, both mechanically and cosmetically, to relay to our staff. This will help us gauge areas that you would like us to focus, or areas that we need to be careful servicing.
  • Can you remove paint scratches?
    If you take your finger nail and rub it across the scratch, and you do not notice a groove that catches it, you are likely dealing with a candidate for removal. Our exterior technicians will utilize a compound and buffing pad to carefully remove the scratch. Price will vary dependent upon the severity.
  • Do you need access to water or electricity?
    We use the latest waterless cleaning products so we do not access to water. We also carry our own electricity supply.
  • Can I drive my car straight away after the valet?
    Yes, we use a range of eco-friendly products so there are no harmful chemicals which need time to work. If you have had your seats cleaned, your seat will be covered on completion so that you can drive your car straight away.
  • Do you have insurance to work on high value vehicles?
    We carry a fully comprehensive motor trade policy and PL Insurance which covers us to operate on any vehicle, in any location.
  • My car is parked in an underground carpark with limited space. Can I still get my car valeted?
    Yes. We operate in car parks with limited space everyday and we take the highest level of care with your vehicle in these situations.
  • How can I pay for my valet?
    You can pay for your valet with cash or credit/debit card. Please note that from January 1st 2019 we will no longer accept cheque payments.
  • I received a Gift voucher/Gift card. How do I use it?
    You cn use your Gift voucher/Gift card online. Each voucher/card will have a unique code on it. Simply enter this code in the "enter coupon code" field on the payment page when booking online. Your selected service will automatically be deducted by your voucher/card value.
